Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical parts. Cycled unit. Everything is in accurate working condition, however found the humidifier is not working anymore. Customer was mentioning it being very dry in the house. After diagnosing, humidifier is no longer working. Giving customer estimates for new one. System is operating and heating as it should be at this time. Customer will renew maintenance program when we install humidifier. *** customer would like to do install of new humidifier on Jan 6th( Monday) .

Commercial heating repair. No heat, Replaced expansion tank and relief valve. Refilled and bled system. Replaced main Aqua Stat controller, relay was buzzing and not making good contact. Suggest have Electrician check out power supply to boiler. Boiler system heating at this time and all 3 zones operating correctly.

Service steam boiler, Checked draft on Chimney. Looks good. Tested gas pressure to boiler, customer had questions about yellow flames on stove. With boiler, Water heater and stove running, We have 4.6 inch’s of water Column. Customer will call NICOR. No warranty on clean check due to age.

Furnace maintenance and safety inspection. Reset to factory specifications. Checked motors, relays, capacitors, contractors, circuit boards, pressure switches, bearings, fuses, wiring and connections, seals, fan, gas valve voltage and pressure, ignitor, flame sensor, thermostat, and heat exchanger. Cleaned out drain trap and all hoses and drain line. Replaced air filter. Furnace is working safely at this time. Customer is a VIP Service Plan member.

Furnace repair. System was short cycling, the noise the customer was hearing. Replaced the flame switch. due to corrosion. Customer purchased new VIP maintenance plan. Performed cleaned and check on furnace. Cleaned out drain trap and all hoses and pressure switch hoses. Tested all control/operating parts. Furnace filter was just replaced. System is operating and heating as it should be at this time now.

Commercial plumbing repair. Replaced bearings coupling on B/G pump. Oiled bearings and motor. Pumps sounds good at this time. 2 other pumps are oiled, service boiler and clean burners. Boiler sections are very rusty, but nothing is leaking.

Commercial heating service. Started power burner for preschool area, cleaned wall heater next to gym entrance, reset boiler in junior high. Need to return and do maintenance on junior high boiler. Waiting on maintenance kits. Did maintenance on boiler. Boiler #1 has been locking out on fault. Found bad pump, replaced pump on boiler number 1 for junior high. Drain system, new pump complete with new gaskets, reconnected wiring and started system.

Commercial heating repair. Replace bearings assembly, Complete rebuild of bearings assembly and impeller kit, reused original motor. Cleaned pump assembly and housing. Rewired motor to motor starter and started system. All parts special order.

Commercial heating repair. No heat on two HVAC roof top units. DIcoverd electrical faults. Rewired control voltage and power supply neutral wire block. Wires were burned up. 2 Transformers also shorted out. Replaced both transformers and unit started. Greased bearings and motor. Trouble shot 2nd unit, bad motor. Got burner to start. No warranty on repairs. Will work up estimates. Return air motor disconnected and drive.

Commercial heating repair. No heat call. I found the furnace system locked out. I took burner assembly apart, cleaned spark igniter and flame sensor and burner assembly, reassembled. Went to re-ignite system and flame sensor was still not working. Had to install new flame sensor. A furnace flame sensor is a safety device that detects if a furnace is burning gas and producing a flame. Heating system is operating as it should at this time. I relabeled breaker and breaker box for safety reasons.
