Checked motors, relays, capacitors, contractors, circuit boards, pressure switches, bearings, fuses, wiring and connections, seals, fan, gas valve voltage and pressure, ignitor, flame sensor, thermostat, and heat exchanger. Cleaned out drain trap and all hoses and drain line. Replaced air filter. Replaced humidifier pad using a (35). Cycled both furnaces a few times. Furnaces are working safely at this time. Customer is a VIP Service Plan member.

Cleaned and serviced furnace furnaces. Tested. All working and heating as they should be at this time. Replaced AprilAir 110 & 410 filters. In furnace that takes AprilAir 410, (main furnace), found a little water in cabinet. Removed inducer motor and retighten collector box screws and resealed inducer motor. All thermostats are operating as they should at this time. Customer might replace three thermostats in spring. (Bring with/make note for spring visit along with filters. Replaced two humidifier pads, (35). Everything is in accurate working condition. Customer will renew maintenance programs in spring. Last visits being used today.

American Standard high efficiency furnace repair. After cleaning my inspection found screens on pvc pipe outside, the intake and exhaust blocked. The furnace was locked out on the pressure switch so I went back in to reset furnace. The furnace came on found 3 problems 1- draft inducer really noisy 2- blower motor really noisy 3- dirty filter Replaced inducer motor and blower. Furnace is a lot quieter. I also washed blower wheel when changing the motor.

Customer need (1) AprilAir filter that I provided. First annual service plan visit and will have one more fall visit for furnaces.
