ESTIMATE: CLIENT HAS A VERY OLD CULLIGAN WATER SOFTENER AND WOULD LIKE A NEW ONE.
Brennon E.
Furnace repair. No heat call. Furnace was short cycling and flames were fluttering. Performed inspection, cleaning, tune up. Found the drain trap was clogged. Not draining properly caused water to back flow into the inducer motor. Thus also causing issues with pressure switches. After cleaning trap and drain tubes out and cleaning flame sensor and pressure switch tubes and resealing inducer motor gasket, system is operating and heating as it should.

Furnace repair. No heat call. Furnace had not been serviced in a while, and found it very dirty. After diagnosing and performing clean and check, I found the heating system short cycling. The ignitor would ignite intermittently, and when it did the flame sensor wound not allow the flame to stay lit. After inspection, found crack in extremely corroded flame sensor. Replaced flame sensor and hot surface ignitor. After more inspection, found blower motor capacitor was below acceptable range. Replaced capacitor using 7.5 mfd. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. 16x25x1 System is operating and heating as it should at this time. Customer signed up for VIP maintenance program. One visit is being used today and they will have one visit prepaid for the 2025 cooling season.

Commercial Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Checked thermostat and heat exchanger. Cleaned out drain line. Replaced faulty flame sensor in rear furnace. Everything else is in adequate working condition. Replaced the flame sensor on the front furnace as well due to corrosion. The flame sensor ensures that there's a burning flame inside your furnace. If the flame inside the burner assembly of a furnace goes out, unburned gas will escape from the heating system. Gas may then fill the house, which could result in carbon monoxide poisoning or even an explosion. Everything in both furnaces are operating and heating as they should at this time. Customer is considering mini split for front lobby area.

Remove garbage disposal. replace with basket strainer and make appropriate connections to existing piping.
Dan K.
Replace well tank and pressure switch and gauge. Look at ejector pump for bathroom. I brought float up may have been sitting on bottom of pit also adjusted the run cycle so pump won’t run dry also installed a vent hole on the discharge pipe to prime pump so it won’t get air locked and cavity and just run and not push the water out of pit. That is what was happening when I checked the pump. Material used in notes.
