Blew out drain line. Heating system is working adequately. Clean dryer vent. Replaced garbage disposal. Toilet repair. Pull and reset a toilet. They had some black mold that would show up around the base of the toilet and inside the bowl. The wax ring that was there wasn’t even pressed down so the sewer gas could be causing mold. I said keep an eye on it and if it happens again we will look deeper. She also wanted me to look at her kitchen faucet that we installed saying it dripped. It does drip I tried getting off the front of the sprayer but couldn’t and didn’t want to break it. I told her she can call moen and they should send a new part. Renew annual VIP service plan today.
